2.Incorrect shipping address. Please know that we do everything we can to minimize this issue by emailling customers to verify if an address seems problematic. However it is the responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of shipping information, and to take the time to look over your order. An email confirmation of your information can go a long way towards speeding up your order.
3.Holiday Delays. Courier Express(DHL,UPS,FedEx,EMS,TNT)does not guarantee any shipment timeframes during the winter holiday season. Make your purchases and arrangements early and avoid the holiday rush!
4.Item not in stock, or backorder. We will contact you if you have ordered a backorder or out of stock item with an expected arrival time. Most backorder items are listed as such on our site, so take the time to check and make sure that the item isn't marked waitlisted if you need it in a hurry!
5.Orders placed during non-business hours. We are open 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Saturday.Orders placed out of office hours, over the weekend & on holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
